Irving Community Development Corporation will begin working on a new project: the Pearson Project. In September 2007, construction of two quality homes will commence right on Pearson Drive in Irving, Texas.

These homes will be sold at market value because they will not be part of the First Time Home Buyers Program. However, they will still be affordable. We believe everyone should have access to affordable, quality homes, including low to moderate income families as well as moderate to high income families.

Sam Jackson, Construction Superintendent for the W. Pioneer Project

ICDC has selected Sam Jackson as Construction
Superintendent. Mr. Jackson has over 10 years of residential construction experience with major companies such as Key Life Homes, Inc. of Irving, TX. Presently, he is president of Rockbuilders Construction Company.
