Irving Community Development Corporation is a non-profit organization. It was established in 1995 as a corporation operated for charitable and educational purposes.

Our mission is to facilitate the revitalization of Irving neighborhoods, especially but not only by encouraging new, rehabilitated and affordable single family housing.

ICDC is certified as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and has also been certified by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). ICDC is also FHA (Federal Housing Administration) certified.

With our mission in mind, we have revitalized our city by providing financial assistance for down payment and closing costs, affordably renovating existing homes, and building affordable homes.

In our 10 year history, we have assisted approximately 100 families with down payment and closing costs. Since 1997, we have provided affordable renovations for 17 homes. We have also built 17 new affordable homes for single-families.

We are currently working on remodeling affordable homes in south Irving. The process is underway, we're now looking for people to fill the houses! Contact us to apply!
